This was my first time purchasing a home and I’m glad I had Jeff as my realtor. 1) I had zero experience and knowledge of what to look for when looking at houses. Every house we looked at, he was very thorough and explained what he was looking and his opinion about them. There were houses I liked but he shared reasons why he wouldn’t recommend. I appreciated his honesty as I knew he had the best interest in my home purchase experience. 2) He understood the importance of acting quickly, especially in seller’s market. I didn’t expect it but he made time for me on the weekends and late at night to ensure I can make offers as quickly as possible. When making offers, he took time to show me comps so I can compare as well. 3) Once my offer was accepted, he helped me line up home inspection right away, which was very helpful as I have very busy working schedule. He kept me updated throughout negotiations so I knew exactly what was going on. I’m very satisfied with the house I was able to purchase. Thank you, Jeff!!

Jeff was fantastic to work with in my home-buying search. He was patient, knowledgable, insightful, and good-humored. He's got a great eye and depth of experience when it comes to the bones of a house. This was so valuable! I was totally new to this, and at every place we looked, he would run a careful eye over the electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling, the support beams, the windows, the exterior, and more, and we'd discuss any strengths or weaknesses he noticed in them. I was free to focus on layout and livability knowing that he had my back on construction. I never felt pressured to make a decision, and he was always quick to respond and quick to schedule showings. Buying with him was a crash-course in what makes a solid house. Not only did I find a perfect home thanks to Jeff, but through our searching, questions, and friendly conversations, I also learned how to take care of it.

I’ve known Jeff over 10yrs, he helped me buy my first home, and when my family was ready to move into a new home, I looked no further. Jeff is extremely knowledgeable, punctual, encouraging when offers fall through, and creative when it comes to negotiations. He’s super nice and has just the personality needed for this kind of business, which can be stressful when you’re not finding the right home, or getting outbid. Jeff was a huge help in finding our new perfect home! He was patient with us as we went through the process (we looked at quite a few homes we didn't care for) and was very knowledgeable regarding other homes in the area as well as what the local community has to offer. In addition his insights around the building structure and costs it would potentially take to make our new home "feel like home", was appreciated.
